When you use the App, we may collect the following information:

1.1 Anonymous Account Information
  • • The App uses anonymous sign-in. No email, name, or personal credentials are required to create an account.
  • • A unique anonymous user ID is automatically generated for session and data management purposes.
1.2 User-Generated Content
  • • Text prompts submitted for AI video generation
  • • Images uploaded for image-to-video or image enhancement features
  • • Generated video outputs
1.3 Transaction Data
  • • Credit balance and usage history
  • • Purchase records processed through app store payment systems

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • • Manage your anonymous account and credit balance
  • • Process and deliver AI-generated video content
  • • Process credit purchases and maintain transaction records
  • • Maintain and improve the App's functionality and performance
  • • Respond to support requests

3. AI Processing & Video Generation

  • • Text prompts and uploaded images are transmitted securely to third-party AI services (such as fal.ai) to generate video content.
  • • These services process the data solely to generate the requested output and do not use them for advertising or unrelated purposes.
  • • Generated videos are stored on cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and are accessible only to the user who created them via signed URLs.

4. Data Storage & Retention

  • • Account data (anonymous user ID, credit balance) is stored securely using third-party infrastructure providers (such as Supabase).
  • • Generated videos are stored on cloud storage and may be automatically deleted after a retention period.
  • • Purchase-related data is retained for accounting purposes and automatically deleted within 90 days of account deletion.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party service providers to operate the App, including:

  • • Authentication and database services (e.g., Supabase)
  • • AI video generation services (e.g., fal.ai)
  • • Cloud storage services (e.g., Cloudflare R2)
  • • Payment and subscription management (e.g., RevenueCat, App Store, Google Play)

These providers process data only on our behalf and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Your data may be shared only:

  • • With third-party service providers necessary to operate the App
  • • When required by law or legal process
  • • To protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the App

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. All data is transmitted using secure HTTPS connections and stored with industry-standard encryption. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
