VisionX – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VisionX mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by local law) to use the App.

2. Account & Anonymous Sign-In

  • • The App uses anonymous sign-in. No registration, email, or personal credentials are required.
  • • An anonymous account is automatically created when you first use the App.
  • • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • • If you uninstall the App or clear its data, your anonymous account and associated data (including credits) may be permanently lost.

3. Use of the App

VisionX enables users to generate AI-powered videos from text prompts, templates, or uploaded images.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: generating illegal, harmful, or explicit content; data mining; scraping; unauthorized access to systems; and distribution of harmful code.

You agree to:

  • • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • • Upload only images you own or have the right to use
  • • Not generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
  • • Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the App or its services

4. AI Video Generation & Content

  • • Text prompts and uploaded images are processed using third-party AI services (such as fal.ai) to generate video content.
  • • Generated videos are stored on cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and accessible via secure signed URLs.
  • • AI-generated results may vary and are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • • You are responsible for the content you generate and how you use it.

5. Credits, Payments & Refunds

  • • Video generation requires credits, which can be purchased through the App.
  • • Credits are deducted at the time a video generation request is submitted.
  • • If a video generation fails, credits are automatically refunded to your account.
  • • Payments are handled through official app store payment systems (Apple App Store, Google Play).
  • • All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the relevant app store.
  • • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Data Storage & Third-Party Services

  • • The App relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers (such as Supabase, fal.ai, and Cloudflare R2).
  • • These services are used strictly to operate and improve the App.
  • • We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by VisionX or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

You retain rights to the content you create using the App, subject to the terms of the underlying AI services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App itself.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all generated content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

You may stop using the App at any time. Unused credits are not refundable upon voluntary termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, credits, or generated content.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App or on our website with a revised date.
