Deleting Your Account
Users can delete their account directly from the Profile screen within the app.
When you delete your account:
- • Your account is immediately deactivated
- • You lose access to all app features and data
If you are unable to access the app, you can also request account deletion by contacting us:
- • Email: support@nberimen.com
- • Subject: FitMate AI Account Deletion Request
- • Please include the email address associated with your account
What Data Is Deleted
Once an account is deleted, the following applies:
- • Account data (user ID, email, profile information) is removed immediately
- • Uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 30 days
- • Purchase-related data is automatically deleted within 90 days
These retention periods apply even if the account is not manually deleted, as part of our automatic data lifecycle policies.
Data Retention & Security
Some data may be temporarily retained only for:
- • Legal or regulatory obligations
- • Accounting and transaction verification
- • Fraud prevention
All retained data is securely stored and permanently deleted once the required retention period ends.
Partial Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of specific personal data without deleting their entire account by contacting us via email.
