ChronosMerge – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChronosMerge mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by local law) to use the App.

2. Use of the App

ChronosMerge is a free-to-play merge puzzle game. The App does not require account registration — all game data is stored locally on your device.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: cheating, exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities, tampering with leaderboard data, reverse-engineering the App, and any use that violates applicable laws.

You agree to:

  • • Use the App only for lawful purposes and personal entertainment
  • • Not manipulate, hack, or interfere with the App or its leaderboard systems
  • • Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
  • • Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the App or its services

3. Game Data & Local Storage

  • • All game progress (score, coins, settings) is stored locally on your device.
  • • If you uninstall the App or clear its data, your game progress and coins will be permanently lost.
  • • Leaderboard scores submitted to our servers may persist independently of your local data.

4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency

  • • The App offers optional in-app purchases including coin packs and a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase.
  • • Coins are virtual currency used to activate in-game skills. They have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable.
  • • Coins can also be earned through gameplay (Chrono Power) and rewarded ads at no cost.
  • • Payments are handled through official app store payment systems (Apple App Store, Google Play).
  • • All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the relevant app store.
  • • Coins and purchased entitlements are stored locally and may be lost if you uninstall the App.

5. Advertisements

  • • The App displays ads via Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads (on game over), and optional rewarded ads (for revive).
  • • You may purchase the "Remove Ads" option to permanently remove banner and interstitial ads.
  • • Rewarded ads are always optional and initiated by the user.

6. Leaderboard & Third-Party Services

  • • The App features a global leaderboard powered by Supabase.
  • • The App relies on third-party services including Google AdMob, RevenueCat, and Supabase.
  • • We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including game mechanics, artwork, animations, and source code — are owned by ChronosMerge / nberimen or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or that the App will be free of errors or bugs.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App (e.g., leaderboard manipulation).

You may stop using the App at any time. Unused coins and purchased entitlements are not refundable upon voluntary termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChronosMerge / nberimen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, coins, game progress, or leaderboard entries.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App or on our website with a revised date.
